How to use it: choose who it's for (your Star from the Character Generator, or a quick one), then the test the book calls for: Metal Madness or Going Hatter after an Encounter where you used Enhancements or Stims, a Metal Maniac Encounter each month for a Menace to Society, removing an Enhancement, or one of the Psy tests.
